Use Local Date/Time not Server Date/Time when displaying file sync info on dashboard and on MyNomaDesk interface.

Having to manually calculate the local date/time on my PC versus the Server based Date/Time (UTC) on files on the server is a royal pain in the butt.

Solution is simple. Just have the user's local client look at the systems Time zone information on that PC.

The web user interface is very outdated and difficult to use.
Just a few ideas:
Use of AJAX, drag and drop.
Add button to go to parent folder.

Currently we find the synchronisation mechanism fails every few months, getting into a state where it is reviewing every file (although no significant changes have been made) - and will loop for days. In this state files take hours or days to transfer. The system needs to be more robust and much faster at establishing synch again where no significant data changes have been made.

Ability to directly upload content from iPad to nomadesk file server using the nomadesk app for iPad.

When the windows client is starting on during windows start up, the log on dialog is displayed even though as a user I cannot and I don't want to do anything with it. I simply see that wait animation.
It would be nice if this log on procedure is completely transparent, that is without displaying any user interface to the user apart from the tray icon.

I would really like to see an option that allows me to open a pdf/wrd/xls/ppt/txt file on a mobile device in iBooks / other apps. Right now, I can open the files in nomadesk application. But with that I have no ability to save the file on my phone. So shuffling between files is very difficult. Also, every access requires a network connection.

Using a native app like iBooks will allow users to save the file locally.

Implement command line options to automate the Sync process.
Options like /syncnow /connect /shutdown /disconnect etc...
All the items you can 'click' on, available via parameters.
Very useful when using Nomadesk as a backup service.

Nomadesk uses 'desktop-popups' to notify when the sync process has problems. A feature to send an e-mail (or other remote notification) is useful when automating the process. When a sync fails, or succeeds an e-mail is sent. When Nomadesk run's on a server, the popup's aren't noticed immediatly, via e-mail the user is notified of the status and can take action (if needed).

When synchronisation errors occur: use a default action for synchronisation confilicts to automatically resolve them. I'm using Nomadesk as a backup solution so 'normally' sync conflicts shouldn't appear. Practice has proven otherwise.
Also Nomadesk suggests to change the name by default. This should be changable for all error's at once. Now I have to click each one of them...

The date/time indicated for my las modified files is not correct (it is not my country time zone)

On MyNomadesk I can examine the file and folder links I have created and can see every detail EXCEPT the URL which was assigned. Please add this detail.

I often want to add another person to an existing file/folder link and don't want to have to either create a new one or have to search my email for the link that was assigned weeks ago.

2) Show estimated remaining time for synchronization
3) Show queue of files waiting to get synchronized

when 2 or more copies of the file same fileserver are in the same network and one of them is in sync with the online version. This one is used to sync instead of the remote one.

Remove advertising and allow skipping the download page for shared files and folders. Logo and link is fine but flashy ads are unnecessary for paid accounts.
